JobMo is an AI-powered online recruitment platform operated by Morelk (Private) Limited, incorporated in Sri Lanka. The platform connects job seekers with employers and provides tools including job matching, CV generation, application tracking, and hiring management.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use JobMo
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person or organisation may not maintain more than one active account

• Registration and use of JobMo as a job seeker is free of charge
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all profile information, CV content, and application materials you submit
• You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• JobMo does not guarantee employment or a specific number of job matches
• Premium CV templates may require a one-time payment to unlock
• You grant JobMo permission to share your profile and CV with employers when you apply for a job

• Employers must pay the applicable fee to publish a job advert on JobMo
• Job adverts are published for 14 days from the date of payment
• You must not post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job adverts
• Job adverts must relate to genuine employment opportunities
• Morelk (Private) Limited reserves the right to remove any job advert that violates these Terms without refund
• You must not use applicant data obtained through JobMo for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for the specific role advertised

• All payments are processed securely through PayHere, a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka
• Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
• Payment is required before a job advert goes live on the platform
• Promo codes may be applied at checkout subject to their individual terms and expiry dates
• Please refer to our Return Policy for information on refunds

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from JobMo
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All content on JobMo including the platform design, logo, AI features, and written content is owned by Morelk (Private) Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload such as your CV and profile information.

JobMo is provided on an “as is” basis. Morelk (Private) Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunity or business.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@jobmo.lk. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
